Made this tonight with some unused baby spinach that needed to be used, I also had some leftover crème fraiche. Didn’t have any milk so I used a bit of coffee mate with water! The result was creamy and divine. I served it over roasted salmon and Mediterranean vegetables and it was wonderful. Thanks for this recipe- I will definitely use again.

I haven't had any issues with warping so I didn't mention it. I have done a lot of high heat searing. The biggest cause I see of warping on any type of pan is water hitting it while still hot which is something I wouldn't do with any of my pans.

Someone told me about the great benefits of cacao/cocoa. Learning more about it through articles, I came across yours. I just want to say, this is the first article I find very helpful and I really enjoyed reading. I had no idea there where two types, cocoa and cacao. The way you highlighted each product, their cons and pros was just straight to the point. This is the first time I read an article that mentions what the author prefers. I appreciate that, and even though one was preferred, the highlights of the rest, cons and pros helped me to look more into the product I look more beneficial to me. Thank you for teaching me something new.

Great recipe with a lot of flavor and I really liked cooking the couscous in the sauce to save time and effort. I would highly recommend less coconut sugar if you're not a fan of sweeter dishes. It was almost overpowering and I'll be adjusting to 1 tbsp next time around. Otherwise, very tasty dish.

My favorite store bought pesto was Cibo, but QFC stopped carrying it. Many people mentioned Costco Pesto but when I gave it the pasta test it was very disappointing. Way to salty with a hint of garlic but practically no basil taste.
